EJ Akeredolu is an entrepreneur, developer, and restaurateur from Arlington, Texas. Since 2017, he has built more than 25 homes across Dallas–Fort Worth and mentored over 15 aspiring homebuilders. His work has evolved from affordable modern housing to luxury spec homes and larger-scale developments.

EJ also owns The Charlotte in Dallas’s Knox Henderson neighborhood, bringing together his construction expertise and passion for hospitality. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston and a master’s degree from Liberty University.
